- Lab Pilot — one site, two devices, one calendar month from payment. One payment; it does not renew.
- Lab Subscription — one site, five devices, twelve months. Renews automatically each year until you cancel; each renewal issues a new licence file.
Prices and taxes are shown on the Polar checkout page. Polar is the merchant of record and issues your invoice. Larger scopes, OEM use, installation, qualification and service levels are quoted separately: contact us.
Included
- Use of Kionel Lab Bridge and the lab workflows within the licensed scope.
- A signed licence file that verifies offline, delivered once payment is confirmed.
- Email support on a reasonable-efforts basis.
Check the fit before you buy
- Your site permits screen and camera use for the file handover in question.
- You have run the transfer demo with the sample file on your own devices.
- You understand that this release has not had an independent security audit and does not include validation for your site, instrument drivers or a service level.
When the licence term ends, the right to use the software ends too. The software keeps working for 14 days so you can renew, then switches to demo mode. Records you already created, and their verification, are never affected. No sample or analysis file is ever sent to the payment service.
Delivery and help
Setting it up takes a minute and needs no installation: see the getting started guide. After payment, download your licence file from the delivery page in the same browser and keep it. Subscribers also receive a licence key for downloading each renewal. The purchase session lasts 30 days; if you lose it, contact support with your Polar order number. Refunds follow the published terms; any refund stops licence delivery.
